Hi dear,
We had problems with the cache and messages sent to BPE still queued.
If you have done changes on your BPM and you see that the changes dont take effect in runtime time. Or in addiction, if you send message to star a BPM and the BPM can not start. It is due to you have a cache problem. But you could reactivate your bpm by yourself and solve it.
From SXI_CACHE you can regenerate a BPM. So you should go to sxi_cache and doble clic in Integration Processes. Find the BPM you have to reactivate and do click on Repeat Activation button (the stick).
Now, you have to do clic in New Deployment.
Also, comfirm the action doing clic on Yes.
Now, you wait a few seconds and you can see a confirmation message with BPM steps and BPEL definition. Down the screen you can see activation errors.
Now, you have to check if the event listener is set green. So you have to do clic on Display Active Version button.
And clic on Basic Data button (the hat).
Finally, you do clic on Start Event. And if the listener is active you can see in green color the event in bellow table.
